Daily Routine: Monday - Thursday (Year Round)
✅ 30-Min Wellness & Devotions: Kick off with mindfulness, mental health, and personal growth to stay sharp and centered.
✅ 10-Min Warm-Up Gameplay: Get focused, energized, and ready to dominate.
✅ 20-Min Individual Practice: Hone your skills and perfect your game mechanics.
✅ 30-Min Team Practice: Build winning strategies and strengthen teamwork and coordination.
✅ 30-Min Review & Analysis: Analyze replays, learn from mistakes, and level up your performance.
Program Cost
Afterschool Program
Approximately $65 per week, plus registration and processing fees.
Summer Program
Approximately $100 per week, plus registration and processing fees.
